This Steampunk girl shines as brilliant as brass. This adventurous costume features a richly colored dress with a stylized hi-lo skirt, dropped v waistline and sweetheart neckline. Costume also comes glovelettes, and a laced up top hat with sash and decorative goggles. Add additional volume with a hi-lo pettiskirt sold separately.
