Returns

We are happy to offer a refund within 30 days for items you wish to return or find are faulty.

To return a product, please kindly contact us here for approval.

RETURN PROCESS

The return process is as follows:

  1. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive approval to send your return item.

  2. You will receive a ‘RETURN FORM’ and ‘RMA number'.

  3. You will complete the ‘RETURN FORM’ and place it inside the return parcel, along with the item you wish to return, and ship it to us.

  4. Kindly notify us when the return arrives at our premise to speed up the return process.

  5. Once we approve your return, we will notify you if your return has been approved for a refund. This takes 5 to 10 business days.

  6. If your item is not approved, we will contact you and you will have the choice of either abandoning the return or having the return item delivered to you at your own cost.

Any returns without a ‘RETURN FORM’ and ‘RMA number’ are subject to refusal at your own cost.

WALK-IN-STORE RETURN

You are welcome to personally return your item to our premise.

  1. Contact us for a ‘RETURN FORM’ and fill it in.

  2. Find your way to our premise with your ‘RETURN FORM’ and return item.

ITEM NON-RETURNABLE

We do not provide returns for the items below:

  1. Sale items listed in the ‘Clearance’ store category;

  2. Inflatable items and piggyback/ride-on costumes;

  3. Candy bowls & large decor items;

  4. Pet costumes and accessories;

  5. Special orders and mascots; and

  6. Items which are excluded for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Undergarments (i.e. hosiery, stockings, socks, leggings, tights, etc);

    • Wigs and wig caps;

    • Body & facial hair products (i.e. beards, moustaches, eyelashes, etc);

    • Prosthetic products (i.e. fangs, fake teeth, tongues, fake horns, etc);

    • Cosmetics and make-up (i.e. theatrical effects, fake blood, etc);

    • Temporary tattoos, fake tattoos;

    • Jewellery (i.e. piercings, earrings, etc); and

    • Contact lenses.

We do not provide returns for items which have been damaged due to wear and tear - especially if not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We reserve the right to refuse returns unless they are factory faulty. Items are only eligible for returns if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unmodified and undamaged;

  • The item packaging and tags are unmodified and undamaged; and

  • Fragrances such as perfumes or deodorant have not been applied to the item.

REFUND

If you would like a refund, we offer 110% store credit of an item sale price or an item sale price refund.

  • Choosing 110% store credit gives you a bonus 10% in value of an item sale price to spend in addition to the refunded amount.

  • The store credit will be issued onto your store account and can be used in future purchases.

  • Store credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  • Items purchased with 110% store credit cannot be refunded either for cash or a further incremental 110% credit.

  • The store credit cannot be moved from one store account to another store account.

Original and return shipping is non-refundable.
