She won’t be underestimated this captain is not to be messed with! The High Seas Captain child costume includes jacket, shirt, tri-corn hat, head tie, waist sash, belt and a parrot figure. The black jacket is decorated with gold trim and skull shaped buttons while the sleeveless shirt underneath is decorated with a black and white stripe pattern. Her attachable parrot pet sits on the shoulder.
