Top is composed of a blue neckline inset that is attached burlap print fabric overtop/dress with lace up bodice. Blue underskirt has an elastic waistband. Pair of blue sleeve puffs are decorated with soft "hay" fabric trim. The sleeve puffs are worn with elastic arm bands.
