BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Shipping orders will require your email address, street address, contact mobile number and signature on delivery.

Your parcel tracking number will be supplied via automated email.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or the address is incorrect, re-delivery fees will apply.

We are not liable in the case that you do not receive your safe drop service orders.

If you will not be at home on business days between 8am and 5pm we recommend you have your order sent to your work place.

Parcels cannot be redirected to a different address once the item has been posted.

We do not offer delivery guarantees because we have no control over your order once it leaves our warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
All International orders may be subject to local customs or import duties, which are required to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information on these fees, contact your local customs office to see if any taxes, customs or import duties apply before placing your order. Failure to pay these charges will result in your delivery being abandoned without chance for refund. If you wish to return your delivery, you are responsible for all shipping costs and possible charges.
Please also note that some rural area will take longer delivery time and extended area surcharge may apply. Bulky or over-sized item may incur additional charges. In this case, we will contact you to discuss those charges before proceeding with your order. If item is in factory faulty or out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay immediately. Costume King reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.
